This Delivery / Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Healing Vista through our platforms (website, Social Media, or call center). By using our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. Healing Vista reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Service Delivery: Healing Vista provides services including Behavioral Sciences, Psychological Therapy, and Spiritual Healing. These services can be booked online through our website, Social Media, or Call.
Booking Confirmation: Once a service is booked, you will receive a confirmation call/email or message detailing your appointment date, time, and the specific service provider.
Service Providers: Our services are provided by highly qualified professionals, including therapists, counselors, and spiritual healers.

Delivery of Services:

1) In-Person Appointments

Location: In-person appointments are conducted at our Healing Vista center located at Bahadur Abad Karachi.
Timeliness: Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

Rescheduling: Rescheduling of in-person appointments must be done at least 48 hours in advance. In case of rescheduling, the client must first pay 25% of the service fee as a rescheduling fee. The client will then choose 3 days within the next month that are suitable for them. Healing Vista will review these days and determine if any of them work with the therapist’s schedule. Once a suitable date is confirmed, the rescheduled appointment will be set.
Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.

2) Virtual Appointments

Platform: Virtual appointments are conducted via secure video conferencing platforms.
Technical Requirements: Ensure you have a stable internet connection, a webcam, and a quiet, private space for your session.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

Rescheduling: Virtual appointments must be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. In case of rescheduling, the client must first pay 25% of the service fee as a rescheduling fee. Limitations: Emergency services are subject to therapist availability and may incur additional charges.

Refunds and Cancellations:

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within the specified time frames (48 hours for in-person, 48 hours for virtual appointments).

No refunds will be provided for missed appointments or cancellations made after the allowed time frame.

Refund Process: Since no refund is provided for cancellations or missed appointments as mentioned, no refunds will be processed.

Personal Information: All personal information collected during booking is securely stored and used solely for the purpose of providing our services.
Payment Information: Payment details are processed through a secure payment gateway. Healing Vista does not store any payment information.

Governing Law:

This policy is governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes arising from this policy will be resolved in the competent courts of Lahore.
